Churning up a batch of homemade ice cream always stir up childhood memories of family gatherings, good ole country fun brimming with an abundance of love and laughter. Wide eyed with anticipation, as children we sat patiently for the ice cream machine to stop churning, this was our signal that the velvety cream concoction was ready for our over joyed faces.
Eddie Boy’s (always free, never sold) homemade ice cream transcends us to this time and place. A family tradition for generations, his patent protected recipe was passed down from his Aunt Emma who loved making this now famous dessert.
